Level 1 (Basic Viewer)

We collect only your Mobile Number for OTP-based login.

Level 2 (Verified Citizen)

We require Mobile + Aadhaar eKYC + PAN to enable posting rights.

Level 3 (Professional)

We collect Aadhaar + PAN + Professional Credentials (e.g., Medical Reg, Bar ID) to grant verification powers.

Data Processing & Masking

Masked Document Processing: Our AI-powered system automatically masks sensitive document details during verification.
Storage: Original identity documents are never stored; only masked verification tokens are used for authentication.
Encryption: All user data is handled with AES-256 encryption.

Third-Party Integration

We integrate with real-time government APIs (UIDAI, IT Dept) and open data sources like Jan Suchna, RBI, and MOSPI to provide our 20-minute data refresh.

Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023

As a user, you have the following rights:

✓Erasure: Request deletion of your account data (Note: Verified posts remain in the public record as per our Truth System).
