Zintel Terms of Service & Community Guidelines

1. The Zint Truth System

By using this platform, you agree to the Zint Truth System, where every post is assigned a color-coded status and a unique Truth ID (e.g., ZNTL-2026-001).

2. Status Classification Guidelines

You acknowledge that your content will be categorized by AI and Moderators into one of the following:

POSITIVE (Green Border)

Claims that are 100% data-backed by verified government portals or official PDFs.

NEUTRAL (Amber/Neutral Border)

Assigned to developing news, mixed data, or claims that are partially true but lack full context. This is also used for data that is currently being updated or has "Hinglish" vernacular interpretations that need further expert peer review.

NEGATIVE (Red Border)

Assigned to debunked claims, viral WhatsApp forwards without sources, or manipulated narratives that mismatch the Zintel Data Vault.

3. Posting Rules & "70/30" Visual Policy

Mandatory Sourcing: You must link to a Govt Portal, Newspaper screenshot, or Official PDF for every claim.
Visual Ratio: All posts must adhere to a 70% visual-to-30% text ratio. AI will assist in converting your text into charts or maps.
Permanence: You agree that once a post is verified and recorded, it cannot be deleted to ensure a permanent record of truth.

4. Truth Score & Accountability

Your platform standing is determined by the Truth Score Formula:

Truth Score = (V × 3) + (L × 1) - (R × 5)

V= Verified posts  | L= Likes  | R = Validated reports of debunked claims

5. Prohibited Content

We maintain zero tolerance for:

  • ✕Hate speech or communal incitement.
  • ✕Digital or financial scams (monitored via our Savdhaan Bharat section).
  • ✕Intentional misinformation that fails the Moderator Review process.

6. Legal Compliance

In accordance with IT Rules 2021, Zintel provides a 48-hour appeal window for users to contest any assigned status with new evidence. A designated Grievance Officer is available for formal complaints.
